not sure if this helps, but when my launcher stopped at fully loaded, I left it for few minutes at there and it eventually opened the game
basically just try to wait for a little longer, this did solved my problem of the game not launching

method 2 worked for me, just had to make it run as administrator, restart my pc then remove it from running as administrator and it worked.

The 3rd one will do nothing. All they did was delete their custom reticle color

If your apex still doesn’t launch check to see if your drivers are updated I forgot to update mine and after I did it finally worked
