Apparently he speaks French, German too aside from Spanish, along with his mother-tongue Tamil, and Hindi (India's most widely spoken language), and of course his English is impeccable.

Spain is almost like his second home. I believe he owns a house in Madrid & has been living there for the past many years. So fluency in Spanish is understandable.
