I can’t remember the last time I saw fresh palm nut. You did well using the wooden thing to mash it. Storing it in the freezers will make it last longer, nice sharing nwanne.

Good job, but think it's best to heat up to boiling level and allow to cool down before putting in the freezer. Bacteria no be pesin mate.

To get all the air out of the ziplock bag, put water in the sink and slowly lower bag into sink water to expel the air, zip closed 💯💙

Why not use a food processor to mash the palm nut with warm water and then seive it and store?
