1:55 It’s nice she helping, but sht talking people, when corporations are at fault, isn’t going to help. How about she stands in front of those waste tunnels shooting trash in the lake and then talk to me. The state needs to step up and hold these corporations liable for their actions, rather than lining their pocket books.

For many years the sportsmen & women have paid millions every year in licensing, registration fees, ramp and parking, donations to rebuild our estuary and fisheries, we have been put on restrictions and limits for years, we pay fines for illegal fish, and boating, and yet the governor ok’s the release of piney point, the owner at piney point is responsible, his land his contamination caused it, and now they were talking really stupid about putting it into a aquifer well that’s a time bomb waiting to happen! It will take many years for our waters to recover from this man made catastrophe even with help to restock fish and again limits & restrictions, Piney Point needs to be shutdown and never reopened again ! Any business that has the potential to contaminate needs to be put on a watch list and have to financial backing to clean a spill if it happens, they state of Florida needs to have an official scientific research crew assigned to the reclamation of this spill to get our bay and beach’s cleaned up, people’s livelihoods thru tourism, Fisheries, boating, parks and recreations, and our state depends on getting this disaster under control.! There has to be something to neutralize the red tide and it needs to be done now !

The issue was from desantis approving the dumping into the bay instead of doing the original plans of hauling it out into a landfill so therefore this is a state issue that can lead to health issues of the citizens. Desantis needs to step up to help with this crises NOW. Like was said at the end, put politics to the side, do this for the local Citizens.
