Two things - When this song comes on, no matter wherever you are, you are bopping along with Jimmy! Second I saw them live smallish club, right up front and the place was nuts. One of the best concerts I have ever seen. My date, bought the tickets for me as a birthday present, she had never heard of the band. She was dancing the whole gig. GREAT REACTION!!!!

I LOVE this song and act like a crazy fool every time it comes on. My children, who are in their 30’s, make sure it’s played at every wedding we go to and we all jump around like nuts to it. I’m sure we look crazy to everyone else but it makes me smile for days! So glad you liked it!!!

I remember being a truck driver in Manhattan in the mid 80's. In the summer, whenever this song came on I would have my walkman on or sometimes the truck radio listening to it and singing and bopping or playing air drums along in my truck to it. I have a very bad voice but it does carry well. People on the street would hear the words I was singing or the music, look at me bopping about in the cab and start singing along as I drove up and down 7 or 8th avenue or Central Park South. The best was singing at a pretty woman and getting her to smile or even sing along too. Always got me in a good mood. Even now just talking about it.

i met one of the bands mothers at her work (an office supply place in lathrup villiage) in the late 80's early 90's.. she was such a nice lady and got me an autograph from the band.. i was a delivery boy for one of their vendors at the time. She had a poster of the band in her office.

We did the pogo (jump up and down, spazzing out) to new wave, punk, dance-rock, power pop music like this. LOL. Great band with lots of good songs. "Talking in Your Sleep " is another great one.
