I measured the HZ with Ableton's (Digital Audio Workstation) Tuner, and it does indeed rest at 432hz. This is definitely genuine healing music

I have a non verbal autistic son who can be very aggressive. He was having an episode where he was very agitated and crying. I could see no physical reason, and there had been no stressful circumstances (at least from my point of view).. he was becoming more and more upset and then I remembered I had saved this link so I decided to give it a try.. within about 30 seconds he went from highly agitated to calm and happy-- And BONUS it helped me calm down too!

This audio is a life saver. I'm a stay at home dad that really respects how women so unconditionally can raise a baby and how eloquently they can manage to calm and nurture them. It is sometimes impossible for me to get my boy to sleep due to him hysterically crying or being hyper active and never wanting to stop playing....this audio WORKS every single time I use it. I press play and within minutes he gently calms down and asks for a hug and then snoozes off like magic. Thank you, really.

All I know is for over 30 years, I haven't been able to sleep without ear plugs. I was in hospital and my husband downloaded this, and I found myself getting sleepy. It's been over a month now without wearing those things, so, thank you!!

Dear Ralph, I listened to this one for 8 hours overnight yesterday. When I woke up my whole body was vibrating but I felt soooo good. Will def recommend everyone to use it as I will use it as often as I can. Sending love and hugs your way xxx, So I have listened to this one for 4 days now.. I have tuned my guitars and mandolins to 432 hz and the difference from concert pitch or 440 is remarkable, the music feels better, and it is easier to sing to. There is less tension, and overall a more relaxed sound. Time to write some more songs in this frequency who knows maybe sound healing is a real and viable reality.
