The Abandoned Hammond Family Car That Nobody Knows About

Izzy gives us a tour of a legendary car from her childhood, a Land Rover Defender called the ‘Wallycar’. Having sat in the courtyard for many years being neglected, she’s decided to accomplish one goal – get it started. Izzy invites a legend of Land Rover social media – Tati from Over In The Rover – to help diagnose any issues and get the car running once again.

This was a prime example of how happy, fun loving, inspired people can make any subject brilliant to watch. If anyone could ever continue the legacy of the top gear trio and it still give off the same 'meant to be' vibe, it's these two. On another note, the shot from the camera car of just Izzy's eye peaking over the dash had me in absolutely stitches.

Izzy and Tati's enthusiasm is quite endearing and the level of slightly naughty driving towards the latter half is the kind of light-hearted content we all need now-a-days. Bringing in Tati as well you can see the two connect from their different backgrounds in a way where they find a common ground where that strange enthusiasm we all find difficult to explain but what makes loving cars wonderful shine in the video. I hope they both continue to do what they love because they're both natural talents for on-camera work and... it's always a bit more fun to break the rules with your mates, and everyone loves a bit of fun.
