Regarding baking time, make sure you have an oven thermometer, most times the temperature shown is not the actual temperature inside. Learned the hard way when baking macarons! Can’t do without them

David, if you ever gonna retry making lemon cupcakes, you should watch cucpakejemma's recipe, hers are the best I've tried it and it turned out great!

Probably has been said before, but when you separate eggs, use 3 bowls. One bowl is for the egg whites, one for the yolks and the 3rd is for separating the eggs into. You separate the egg, put the white into the right bowl, the yolk in the other and repeat. That way, if (when) you break a yolk, you only ruin one egg, not all of them. Very important when you're having to separate so many eggs!

I've made Tasty's soft pretzels and Dutch oven bread and I've noticed something. I find that with Tasty's batter/boughs usually have 1/2 cup to a full cup of too much flour!

Next time when separating eggs separate them one at a time into a smaller bowl and then transfer the single egg white to the big bowl you need it in. it may take time but it will mean that if you drop your egg yolk into the egg white by mistake you will only need to separate 1 additional egg as opposed to the entire amount of eggs again
