I was born in 1949 and those born around that age certainly needs a larger increase! We depend on that income to get by. People do not really understand how bad it really is? We need more than the proposed cola.

What about a reasonable increase so we can live like humans?

This hurts this hurts the seniors really bad. It's taking more money from them because right now it pushes them back 3 years which puts them back. If they retire early at 62, they're losing a ton more money than they would if they were normal. So it's just taking more money from the money they made us pay in. So absolutely say to your represented. Absolutely not increase the full retirement age

Many people are going to have a hard time working until they are 70. I still think many of us cannot work until they were 70.

Okay. There was a guy that made the mistake of claiming his social security account from the Federal reserve. He was 48 years old. When he claimed as account he found out that it had 58 million in it from what he paid into it because Federal reserve invests our money well. He took about $800, 000 out of it and the feds caught it and this guy's disappeared now. What gets is the interest on a million dollars? Is $35, 000 a year now? If he had 58 million in his social security account which he acclaimed then times that by 58. Why are we only getting paid so little all the time? The interest on 1 million more than pays what we have so answer that
