I pre-ordered a couple days ago. Automata was one of the best gaming experiences I've ever had and I've been gaming for 5 decades now. Review seems very fair and nothing mentioned concerns me.

just clicked on the video. without watching anything yet, im here to inform you that this game is really a gem that just needs to be experienced. if you've got a weekend to yourself, grab a blanket and some snacks, stay up late and just play. let the story drag you through depression once again and fill you with a sense of dread when finished, because lets be honest, thats what Yoko Taro was here to do many years ago.

please buy this game.

Bought the ps3 version last year. It was a ruff step down from Nier Automata but the story and music were were worth it.

I loved the OG Nier (picked it up after reading an LP thread in the SomethingAwful forums), so seeing it come around again like this is nice (and bewildering, since Yoko Taro got NO LOVE until Automata).

My favorite thing about this game so far is Grimoire Weiss. What a great character with a great voice actor. I love him.
