The 5 guys were just youngsters doing what they enjoyed doing. They thought they could make big time & they worked hard at it & they did make big time. Originally they didnt think they would be together for this long. They were a band for their love of the music. The music is what prevailed through all their drug abuse & their personal differences & their breakup. The 5 guys loved the music & a lot of people world wide loved the music & the heavens liked the band & they have been around for 54 years. I have been a fan since 1978 when i was in grade school. I have seen them 3 times. They are one of the few bands that when a person is calm & relaxed & laid back & just listening, can actually take a person back to that majical time of the 70's. Thanks If you havnt seen them i think they are doing their farewell tour now - go if you can - its a great show.
