You can hit the red orb that you aren’t supposed to hit somewhere in the ball if you hit it very late on the small orb in the orb mix and you can hit that instead of the one you are supposed to hit under that orb.

This glitched area is kinda hard so when you hit the first black orb wait till you get the second and right after that hold

There’s a way where u can stay not upside down (normal) with timing the jump at the green orb when passing into the ship

After the 2 orbs sequence at the beginning you can just hold until that orb before ship

You can use one of the red orbs in the ball part and land easily on the next platform saving 2 clicks
