Other tips that got me fives stars
1: clean your trash or place trash cans so you won’t get any trash at all. Trust me this works.
2: have a mix of rides rollercoasters transportation rides and water rides.
3: have some theming or props around your park.
4:have a decent amount of guests. You get this by building a big park with decent prices
5: remember to fulfill the guests needs with rides chairs benches tables food stalls hat stalls bathrooms and more i think that’s it for the most part.
6: Don’t farm if ur trying to make ur park 5 stars.

Here's how I did it

1.at least 4 roller coasters
2.at least 1 water ride
3.place trash cans seats and stalls EVERYWHERE
4: add some scenery or nature around the park
5: add as much flat rides as you can

And boom there you have 5 stars

Note:DO NOT do a money farm if your trying to get 5 stars

Here's how i did it:
Atleast 9 roller coasters.
50 scenery right in front of the entrance.
8 rides.
Don't forget 100 trash cans and 2 cafes.
And 50 seats as well.
Plus, 60 stalls.

4. Get all the easy achievements ( according to my achievements )
5. TONS of benches, lanterns and trashcans
