First I was like "He can't do a chamfer! Only a simpleton... - he's going to fabricate it." Then I was like "GASP! He's changed back to a double chamfer? Well that's cheating! He ca... - he re-fabricated to get a better radius." Such a roller coaster ride. I laughed, I cried, it was better than CATS. Now, fetch me my fainting couch. All this excitement has overrun my circuits, and I need someone to take me down to maintenance before I swoon.

Zinc fumes are tasty !! I love when I weld my casters on.. right away the Mr troll says what happens when you need to change it now you can't unbolt it!!? Good thing I know how to fix stuff ... and break it.

1) awesome idea on fabricating the corner radiuses. I love the way that looked, and might be incorporating something like that in an upcoming project.
