Fujifilm XH2s First Impressions! Worth it or nah? I answer your questions! #fujifilmxh2s

I have had the Fujfiilm XH2s for about a week now, I took it out a few times to test out the video and photo features of the camera... and this is my findings so far... Thanks for watching!

Great video. PERFECT comment on images looking similar and don’t but if that’s what someone is looking for. I personally love the top screen. I use it to cheek my settings before shooting.

One thing that Fuji shooters will love is this camera changes how you compose & shoot. No more compose and set focus point it focus and recompose. This bad boy lets you grab the eye ..hold it with BBF/CAF & compose. It’s so damn sticky.

Good and useful video, so I’m keeping my X-T4 (I only shoot stills) and I’ll wait to see what the X-T5 brings to the table, but as you said, it would really have to be leaps and bounds over the X-T4 if I’m going to upgrade. Be well and stay safe.

Thanks for sharing. If u slow down the frames per second to around 15 or 20 and change your focus priorities from release to focus, you will find you hit rate is much better. 40 fps is not ideal for focus accuracy. I’m enjoying the vibe u give. Keep it up

Yeah, they can get rid of that top LCD and make the camera a little bit smaller. It's a cropped sensor camera, I don't know why they can't reduce weight and size a little bit.

I agree that for video shooters, this could be a good investment, for the ProRes, the AF and also extra frame rate, but for most users, definitely not worth imo.

You’ll need more subs for Fuji to send you a camera. You’ll get there keep up the good work. Sony is not as good as Fuji as far as color.

Great video! I have a XT-2 and was waiting for Fuji to improve the AF. As it got delayed, I went with A7IV. I don't like the Sony files but at least it tracks my kids. As you do own an A7IV, would you still shoot both cameras? Which one do you prefer?

Soooo, video AF is full of "quirks" out of the box. Gotcha. The fact that you didn't share any video samples speaks volumes to how it performed. I, and many others, would have appreciated you sharing the footage so that we can see what you experienced during your first week with the camera. If you tweak the settings over the next few weeks, you could then publish an update titled "here's how I fixed the X-H2s AF in video mode". Why is everyone so afraid to tell the truth about how the gear performs in real world situations? I do on my channel and get absolutely slammed for it so if that's what you are trying to avoid, I totally get it.

Also, is there really a debate between A7iv and H2s? 😜🤣

Hello..Can you test one thing for me? On XT4 when you turn clarity settings for jpeg to + or - ...when you took photo is slight deley to image preview...is this same with xh2s?
