For SpaceX’s Crew-1 mission, a Falcon 9 rocket launched a Crew Dragon spacecraft with NASA astronauts Michael Hopkins, Victor Glover, Shannon Walker and JAXA astronaut Soichi Noguchi from the Launch Complex 39A at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida, on 16 November 2020, at 00:27 UTC (15 November, 19:27 EST). The “Resilience” Crew Dragon is scheduled to dock to the International Space Station on 17 November 2020, around 04:00 UTC (16 November 2020, 23:00 EST). Following stage separation, Falcon 9’s first stage (Block B1061) landed on the “Just Read the Instructions” droneship, stationed in the Atlantic Ocean.

OK, I don’t want to be a conspiracy-theorist, but this is the second SpaceX launch in a row where the first stage landing has been blurred and obscured. Elon, can we please get a clear view of the rocket landing next time? Just sayin . . .

Glad that manned spaceflight has returned to the cape since the space shuttle was retired.

How do they scratch an itch if they had too? That would drive me nuts being in there with out a little movement freedom

Insane that 3:24 is even slightly remotely possible. God bless SpaceX.

On every video of the first stage landing, it cuts out right before touchdown. When video resumes a few moments later, engine is off and all vapors have cleared. Strange.

Wonder if there was a protocol to show old video of successful landing in case crew-1 first stage crashed?

Can we get 4k cameras and lights on that landing pad? Every Mission its the same pixelated bull.. I'm not hating, I love space X that's why I want to see it clearly.

if they have to abort from a launch failure, how is that done? Does the entire capsule blow off the main rocket?
