Is The Lexus IS250 Worth Buying? | Do I Recommend It?

These are my honestly thoughts about this car at the moment and how things are going with this car. I am happy this car is where I wanted to get this car for the longest time. I hope she stays this way for a while.

Literally everything listed as things needed replaced are normal wear items. Sounds like 0 issues with any of the things that matter. Drive train, motor, frame, etc

I agree with the seats. They are comfortable for doing daily driving, but if you're going to drive to another state or something, then you're back will probably get tired. This did not happen with my Toyota Camry.
I'm sorry about all the maintenance issues you had with your car. My situation is a little bit different. I bought the used 2010 car from CarMax in very good condition. I then purchased a policy with them that covers everything on the car if it were to fail, including the engine itself. Whatever fails on the car, they have to fix it 100%. It was a few thousand to purchase this policy, but it's MUCH cheaper then replacing an engine, and it gives me peace of mind.

Sounds like you may have gotten a bad one of the batch. I put 50k miles in 1 year HEAVY mountains miles and only spent $800 on rear axels and buying a lsd from brz other than maintanance
