*About me*
My name is Caitlin, I am 24 years old and I just started my budgeting journey in mid-July 2021. I felt like I was always broke and never could save anything before starting the cash envelope system. I graduated college may 2022, and have a low income. I work as a caregiver for my grandmother. I also live with my mom and since I am in college she doesn’t make meals pay rent. I do pay the water bill because I wanted to help her out in some way. I am lucky enough to have zero student loans and my only debt is my car loan. I have a lot of goals and hope to reach those goals eventually!

I personally wouldn't get rid of a vet envelope. Maybe you can have a set amount and cap it? Our dog was sick last year and it cost us $1, 700.00. I now budget for the unknown for him.

You should cash-Stuff mostly Large notes. I’ve worked in banking for 10 years. I noticed a pattern with clients with the largest balances. When they do cash withdrawals, they get it in the largest notes possible. Clients who get smaller notes usually have lower balances. Don’t know why, that’s just the pattern I recognize
