Awrsome video. Hope gour hubby had a nice Father's Day. When you get gour home you purchase a home warrwnty that covers all that stuff so you only pay deductible if somwthing breaks down, your washer, dryer a/c, water heater etc is all covered so you dont have to qorry about paying all that kind of money. The payment is included in your mortgage. I had one and i was so thankful i did. It covers plumbing too. I think you should give to both the waitress and homeless man split between the two. I think its wonderful that your able to do that as you bless others god blesses you 🙏🏻 ❤ love the month ahead tracker makes a lot of sense to have one.
