Good video, I hope your channel takes off! I think it's also worth mentioning that REITs are probably best placed in a Roth account over a taxable account, given that their dividends are not qualified and must be taxed at ordinary income rates rather than at capital gains rates. Vanguard also releases year-end reports on their ETF dividend stats. Just Google "Vanguard ETF qualified dividends" and it'll show what % of each ETF produces qualified dividends.
