Take down the juror in a platform in the Eclipse Medical Tower in West Vinewood.
Window Cleaning Platform- Drive below the platform, get out, snipe the target, and drive off.

I mainly blame Lester for this for not being specific enough because I thought I had to shoot through a dirty window and when I had like 3 minutes left I looked it up and since I didn’t have time to snipe him I just blew him up

Shit, I was there at night and I didn't see a work platform.
So I climbed up on the crane opposite the medical and searched all the office windows. I even searched the windows at the back of the medical centre ;-)

Super big help. First I just drove towards red dot. Figured. Will get target. I shoot random guy that I think in red target. Nothing. Try again. See hit look for dirty windows. Im like wtf? Yep this a youtube moment. I KNEW other people had a wtf moment like me. Thanks again
