Sloan Canyon National Conservation Area, Las Vegas, NV

Have you heard of #SloanCanyon National Conservation Area? We hadn't and think that it is an under-visited site of the #NPS. #PetroglyphCanyon was astounding and amazing to see. It is a MUST DO if you are in Las Vegas!

Wow, that must had been a nasty fall for Matt! So sorry to see that! Nice hike and a large display of Petroglyphs. We're planning a trip to that area in early March. Wanted to hit Sloan Canyon, but don't think we'll have enough time. Enjoyed seeing it though your eyes!

Wow you guys are here :) have fun... try going up to Mt. Charleston to Lee Canyon. The hikes are amazing. Right now there is snow. Aloha, I wanted to always go on that hike

Oh no Matt! We have done that before, walking a bit on a trail and you kind of guess it is not the one you want to do. The petroglyphs were cool. And how lucky to meet a ranger that gives you more tips and history on what you saw. We will be in Vegas end of December to mid-January and want to go explore. Will keep this one in mind!
