Hello there !
Not much in the mod department for you apart from the obvious already mentioned by most people (altho I must speak up for "Always spawn galaxy guardians", "Shround expanded", and two new but very promising origin mods : "Miasma Origin" and "Living Planet", both of them quite recent and very fun when they work.)

Other than that I must say that i absolutely love this format. Having some health problems for some time now, i'm kind of locked up at home unable to do anything productive exept play Stellaris all day long. Having a full playlist of short episodes of a long let's play is fun, but those very long episodes allow me to actually time my own sessions while listening to something I like. Also, i'm re-watching the older let's play on a regular basis (and I guess I'm not the only one) so I hope one day youtube will realize the potential of this longer format and actually support your work in a meaningfull way.
