Cevapi are a Bosnian national dish and are rightly described by Bosnians as a delicacy for all classes.
Unfortunately, everyone in the Balkans acts as if cevapi is a Balkan dish and refuses to call cevape Bosnian cevapi. Once you are in Croatia they call the cevape Croatian cevape.
It's almost like calling the German Shepherd the Bosnian Shepherd in Bosnian just because it's in Bosnia 🙃
