If there was a move called violence, we could normalize violence.

Well hey at least the kitties can paralyze a Garchomp with Thunder wave, which is a weird flex, but still a flex nonetheless

Normalise also increases normal moves’ power

In VGC, if you skill swapped Normalize to the opponent and swapped into ghost types, they cannot hit you

Edit : I completely forgot about Shadow Tag, that makes it more OP

**Illumination and Run Away having literally no effect in trainer battles**

Normalize is actually one of my favorites.

It's like Tera but without Tera and only works with moves that aren't Normal

Imagine having that and Tera Normal. Suddenly your moves that aren't Normal type become 300% more powerful for doing literally nothing, and the only downsides are that:
Rock and Steel resist Normal
Ghost is immune
No Super Effective damage

On the other hand if anything was 2x weak to a move before Tera and you got STAB with it, the enemy will take the same amount of damage.

100% of damage, plus 50% STAB, plus Super Effective = 300%

Vs

100% of damage, plus 100% STAB, plus 100% from Normalize (Bc it's 50% of the 200% damage)

Plus now works with plus and minus works with minus. Remember that in single battles plus and minus are useless

I actually tried to build a sableye and a strategy that makes use of stall, and here’s what i came up with:

Sableye Focus Sash
Ability: Stall
Tera Type: Normal
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Skill Swap
- Fake Out
- light screen
- Shadow Sneak

Go fake out first turn (free chip damage. Why not?) use skill swap second turn, you’re guaranteed to get a hit. After that start spamming shadow sneak or use light screen if you’re looking to set up. You can use this in singles or doubles, but if you’re using it in doubles use skill swap first turn incase they target your sableye. It’s useful if you’re getting sweeped, counters blaziken, dragon dance set up and scizor really well. It’s very situational tho.

Normalize is actually super broken when used in doubles, if you terastallize into ghost

Metagross gets light metal, which halves its weight....but it doesn't do anything, because even then it's still so heavy all weight based moves deal maximum damage. It literally doesn't do anything.

I like how Normalize Skitty can use Toxic on Steel-Types.

Normal is absolutely not the worst type in the meta, its always good to have neutral

They should buff plus and minus by doubling damage. Normalize could be buffed by also turning opponent moves targeting the ability bearer into normal type, effectively giving it no weaknesses. Stall could work like mummy where the ability is passed on when hit by a physical move and the ability bearer will move immediately after the attacker (just to set it set it apart from mummy)

Bro forgot you can switch the abilities with skill swap skill swap your opponent's ability to normalize

Hackmons: use a ghost type with normalize, use block and then skill swap, this way the opponent will be blocked and can only use moves that you're immune to, ez sweep setup
