Touring NIU HOUSES | Epic Project by Famous Architect Fran Silvestre | 3 Months to Build & Deliver!

Today we had the greatest pleasure to showcase NIU Houses, designed by the Star Architect Fran Silvestre in Valencia, Spain.

NIU was born from the desire for a comprehensive response to architectural and construction processes. For this reason, they have designed a system to build houses in the most efficient and effective way.

The showroom has as its differential value the opportunity to see, appreciate, and touch contemporary architecture at a full scale," explained the architect and driving force behind this initiative, Fran Silvestre of NIU Houses, the first showroom of its kind in Spain, housing five fully furnished homes on a total of 10,000 square meters, complete with garden and pool.

Mein Favorit wäre N150, weil da am Meisten im Kühlschrank drin war.
Ich habe bald alle Videos von Euch geschaut und dann gibt's nur noch wöchentlich eins 😕
Wirklich wundervolle Häuser dabei! 😍 Wenn ich ganz viel Geld finde, dann weiß ich bei wem ich mich melde. Ich glaube in Marbella würde ich mich wohlfühlen.

Agree with Patrick, plot of land and mix and match your own home. Great design and so many different direction to go with the interior. One of each please, and maybe an olive tree or three. However the pools are a must have.

Besten Dank für die interessante Tour und die exzellente Kameraführung! Die Häuser sind sehr gut konzipiert und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist optimal. Einzig die Gänge wären mir etwas zu schmal aber damit kann man sich sicher auch anfreunden. Das Grunddesign ist perfect für Kunstliebhaber geeignet. Da alles im selben Farbton gehalten ist kommen alle weiteren Gegenstände oder Bilder optimal zur Geltung. Wenn man also nicht gerade mehrere Millionen ausgeben möchte oder kann ist das eine gelungene Alternative wenn man diese Art von minimalistischer Architektur mag. Aus meiner Sicht eine sehr gute Leistung.

like the villas guys, clean lines and no fuss interiors, I do however have an issue with not having a front door and an entrance hall, I kind would feel exposed without them, but that's just me. The concept however is an excellent one, I would use with tweaks here and there to make the place more homely. Thank you for showing us something new and exciting

"I found the projects and designs very beautiful, especially the maintenance of a minimalist and clean aesthetic. I was also surprised by the 3-month construction period, which makes me think about what type of construction it would be, which is not clarified in the video, nor have I been able to appreciate it well. So, my question would be, is it wet or dry construction? (By dry, I mean what would be steel framing.) I also noticed that the garages or parking spaces were not shown. Do these units have a garage? I also haven't seen if the plots are divided in a certain way. Does this not affect privacy? Lastly, I'm unsure if the price of the houses already includes the plot, or if the plot price needs to be added to the price of the houses?"
