First of all let us know the cause of worm because it is more important to prevent the worms than deworming because we are using some chemicals, some medicines which are nothing but chemicals to kill the worms in the intestines so those chemicals will have some side effect.

Drink boiled water and cooked food at home only, you will prevent worm. And eat lemon water atleast 3 times a week.

Handwashing and preventing is good, but many if not most, have a big problem with parasites. Stool tests often don't detect them, meanwhile the worms are sucking up the nutrients etc.

Sir, medicine is necessary.. A person having worms gets weakened in various aspects.. Even maintaining proper hygiene, worm infestation can't stay back.. At least, every person should take albendazole after every four or six months..
