Read the agreement signed by the Egyptian Foreign Minister under the Greek Foreign Minister.
It clearly says if Greece or Egypt in the Eastern Mediterranean has one Exclusive Economic Zone
to ceate with a third country under international law than the other state must give the okay.
It is part of the agreement between Egypt and Greece 😉
