This is a fine example of PowerPoint Syndrome. The images are text (not always grammatical), with cartoons that are largely irrelevant and interchangeable. The audio is annoying music and a voice reading the text (perhaps for the benefit of engineers who can't read). Having watched the first half of it, I already want to slap the person who created it.
