I'm not sure about your choice of the vs Russia war - while it was true that we lost some territory, the peace agreement was agreed more due to the civil war that broke out in 1665 - and was seen as a temporary solution to stabilize the internal situation.
Militarily, the Russians were beaten almost back to 1610, with the advanced recon units reaching within ~10 km of Moscow, and the remaining troops & Tsar locking themselves behind the walls.

That said, You'd have plenty of other wars to choose from - basically everything in the 18. century, with the Bar Confederation (1768-1772, ended up with the 1st partitioning) or the Polish-Russian war of 1792 (ending up with the 2nd partitioning) seemingly more fitting.

Killing our Army and getting our land doesn't mean we are defeated, we were still fighting, defeated country is someone who support attacking country, Poland never give up and its why Russia and Germany never defeated us.
