ACM Panel Contour Cut by Hand Using a Jig Saw

Sometimes you have to use whatever tools you have to achieve the look you want for a sign.

In this case, not only do I not have a CNC router in my shop, it’s also an over sized panel measuring 10ftx5ft, a size that would not normally fit a standard 8ftx4ft flatbed router.

So our solution was to print the graphic with a dieline, which we then used to follow along with a handheld jig saw.
