This made me remember an experience with mediation before sleep, where I was practicing stopping thoughts and images, and all of a sudden I could see them arising and creating a hypnotic film infront of me. It was like I had a remote control and was pausing them. Then, because I was stopping the stream of thoughts and so able to actually 'see' reality, I could feel myself splitting from my physical body and going in to the astral. It was really cool, one of the most clear experiences of how the mind basically pulls you into dreams at night, but how if you can step out of it you can experience the natural split of the astral with the physical body!

I had read Dean Radians Real magic, courtesy:Your Reco. I would definitely read this. The scientific community not accepting psychic abilities etc as science just because of one person's adamant view(at the start of 19th or 20th century) is also explained in real magic. I would definitely give this a try. Please continue such great reviews whenever it is possible
