The best news in the world? Jesus Christ died and rose again to rescue sinners — no matter how lost, no matter how broken. His grace reaches where human shame cannot.

“Such were some of you. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ” (1 Corinthians 6:11).

You have never seen a person in your entire life that God doesn't love deeply and whom Jesus didn't die for.

I can hear Jesus saying "go and sin no more" because "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me" and "being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ.

It's a sad tragedy that the humanities desire for sin is greater than the Love of God.

Repentance for salvation is about turning from unbelief to belief in Jesus Christ. This is the repentance that leads to salvation, as it involves a change of mind about who Jesus is and what He has done for us (Acts 19:4; John 3:16-17; Ephesians 2:8-9). It is not about repenting for individual sins to be saved, as salvation is not based on our ability to change our behavior but on faith in Jesus and His finished work on the cross.

Once we are saved, we are called to live out our new identity in Christ, which includes turning away from sinful behaviors. This ongoing repentance is about aligning our actions with our new nature, but it does not contribute to our salvation or make us more forgiven. Our forgiveness is complete and was accomplished through Jesus' sacrifice (Romans 6:2, 12, 18; 12:2). As believers, we are already forgiven and in constant fellowship with God, and nothing can separate us from His love (Romans 8:38-39).
