Pyramid Ab Workout - 500 reps!

Today, we're gonna be climbing a mountain... of abs! We'll start each move with one rep, climb all the way up to ten reps, and then climb back down! If this is anything like Pyramid Thighs, it's going to be soooo hard!!!

The five moves are:
1. Crunches
2. Crunch to the right
3. Crunch to the left
4. Leg lifts
5. Roll ups

If anyone like me sometimes has trouble with keeping up with Cassey's pace, slow the video down to 0.75x speed to make it easier (or harder depending on how you look at it lol)

I LOVE this pyramid series Cassie. Could you follow up this series with an Arms Pyramid and a Booty Pyramid video for each so I can work my whole body in pyramids style? That would be awesome. I love your workout variations and how your moves are creative for attacking those ballerina muscles that prevent bulk and add strength and length. Plus you make it fun even when it's burning like hell. Love you, beautiful girl!!! ❤💪

Thank you for your videos, help and your positive energy what you give to us. I was so skinny ( anorexia) and I didn't want to eat in the last two years but then I found you and your workouts. TW/CW on the story I’m about to post!!

I used to watch you a lot a lot a lot in high school when I had a really hard time with my eating disorder. Other workout videos would make me feel more ashamed of my body or inability to do things like they could. I stopped watching you for a long time because I felt like if I took what I thought triggered me away (restriction, excessive at home workouts) it would help. LOL news flash, it took a lot more than that to help get me through it.

But now I’m 24 and in a much better headspace and I threw my back out recently. I really need to strengthen my back and my butt, and I’m so happy to come back to your channel to do so because even though I may have stopped watching you, i never stopped feeling safe here.

Hi Cassey! I just wanted to thank you. I started my pilates journey about a month ago and I couldn't do a single roll up - I was so discouraged! Then I found your channel and did your beginners videos and now I can do roll ups and other moves no problem :D <3. Other pilates channels' workouts got nothin' on yours.

I think that with this workout my neck would hurt me more than my abs 😥 *please pyramid back workout, arms workout, butt and cardio. Pyramid everything* 😄

I’ve been watching you for years Cassie and I still can’t do the roll ups!!!! I skipped out on it and used it as a rest period so if anyone else is in the same boat, this workout still kills no matter what!!
