YSS ultimate is not used for kills, that's why it has low dmg. Just like Aldous's ultimate, YSS ult is also used for vision to help you with objectives etc., since having vision of all the enemy heroes is super useful, it has a pretty long cooldown but not bcs of the dmg but bcs of the vision.

I also read a lot of comments saying YSS ult is pretty useless bcs of dmg but for me, it's pretty useful if you are really focused on winning not in kills.


Plus, YSS doesn't really need a buff, even if his ult has low dmg, his BA and 2nd skill still has pretty high dmg that you can actually get a ace/savage if the YSS is a jungler and if the player's an expert that is.

YSS has really gotten underwhelming since they removed mms from jungle. Moonton is currently trying to buff YSS. It's not working too well tho coz it just made him slower (apart from the adjustment to his second skill).

You don't use YSS's ult for lifesteal. You use it for the map vision. Anything else is just 2nd or less priority.

Best time to use this Ult is for Vision or During Team Fights or when they wanna Gank you or Teammate ...

Its good during teamfights, providing vision, or killing very low health enemies, otherwise enemies will just dodge it.
