Jeongyeon explained during her VLIVE that she and the company asked music shows not to upload her fancams because she didn't want to show an imperfect image of her, since she couldn't practice as well before the comeback due to her neck condition

About Jeongyeon's neck condition- she said that a while filming More & More MV she felt a numbness all the way to her ears so she went to the hospital back then, and a week before the comeback she'd gotten the diagnosis that she had a slipped/herniated disk in her neck

Jeongyeon didn’t want to show the image of her being sick to ONCE so she tried to hide this. She knows ONCE knows about her neck not being well. A week before the comeback she went to the hospital to get treated for her neck disk, and today she visited the hospital as well
Because she was getting treatment at the hospital, she didn't have as much time to practice for the comeback which is why she felt she couldn't show a perfect image to fans on stage
