Thank you!!! I am curious to know if you are available for hire to assist in drafting a complaint? I appreciate your efforts and understand this is not a typical request. The situation at hand is far from unbelievable, it is outrageous!
I have recorded the majority of issues incidents, and violations, and have undeniable evidence as well.
Financial gain is not my primary intention, it is the principal and sole factor of right and wrong. You cannot do "whatever" you please just because you are the property owner; especially if you are a slum lord in the first place. Then violate every protection available intentionally. How about we have a noxious and nuisance in our subdivision covenants. Does excessive shooting fall under that. Especially if the other parties agree its a nuisance. How do I go about getting the shooting stopped.
