This is excellent. My only complaint is that it should be longer. Presenter did more than a good job. She kept me interested.

Love hearing about the geology in this area. Please do a program on how the mighty Shawagunks were formed! I believe that geology is different rock from the nearby Catskill range.
Is it true that Schunemunk mountain was a join point for all of the continents? Would love to hear more on this too !

Does anyone have info on the geology of the mountains along I87 between Suffern and Newburgh? I’ve always wondered if the jagged edges and cliffs were formed naturally, or as a result of blasting/excavation - or both. If excavated, I’ve wondered how much of the mountains were blasted, and was it’s purpose to manufacture materials, or just for construction of roads. Another example is Storm King Mountain: the eastern face of the mt facing the Hudson river is super jagged. Was that all blasted?

New York was located below the equator. Interesting. I know they say it was connected to africa at one point.

Your knowledge of the subject matter is excellent. If I may make a suggestion for future presentations, don't slap your leg so much, it's very distracting.
