Creepy Glamorous Clown Halloween Makeup

DISCLAIMER! I realized I never made a disclaimer about the glitter I used! Please be VERY cautious when using this type of glitter if you're using it around your eyes. It can be damaging if pieces of glitter get stuck in your eyes for a long period of time. I was very careful with it and made sure to take every piece of glitter off my eyes BEFORE washing my face, to insure that none of it would get stuck in my eyes. Sorry about not putting this in the video, I forgot!!
