Suspect arrested in August hit-and-run death of 80-year-old woman in Everett

A woman in her 30's has been arrested in connection with an August hit-and-run that killed an 80-year-old woman.

What a relief to get this person. There was a fuzzy photo screenshot from a Ring camera, I believe, that had some details.
The place where the woman was hit has no sidewalks, no barriers between vehicles and pedestrians, only a painted line. Its a busy street with lots of walkers at all hours, and where she was hit was very close to a bus stop.
What is surprising is that more people aren't hit everyday along Broadway in Everett, south of 41st up to Everett Mall Way.
