Near my second home in fairbourne West Wales is a little town called Tywyn and they have an ice cream shop there called Holsgate, previously known as Halo. They produce the best ice cream imaginable, available in loads of flavours, different cones and toppings. It’s a lovely place the shop sells lots of different gifts and they have a restaurant next door. You need to visit one day, you won’t regret it! 👍

Biscoff variants are many. Tubs of icecream, cheesecake, donuts, spread and of course the biscuity biscuit.

Really easy to use the spread and the biscuits to make something yourself, if you can be arsed.

Totally agree Si - Lotus deserve to go massive. You can get Lotus Biscoff milkshakes at Ed’s Diner. They are the best milkshakes in the world - in the same way you describe the ice cream
