0:50 The Linux community is putting in a lot of effort to build tools that translate DX12 calls directly to Vulkan, and it's working. I don't own any games that use DX12 myself, but a lot of people say it already works very well. Somewhat paradoxically, the project is even supported by Apple.

Why would i want to pick Vulkan over DirectX 12, And Why Am I Currently Looking Into Doing It?
So I Can Finally Play DX12 Windows 10 Only Games On My Windows 7 Daily Driver.
Windows 10 and 11 has too much spyware and bloatware, microsoft spyware is my main issue, that and the lack of Aero Themes With Proper Transparency.
