Christ, despite being one of her best designs, ‘97 rogue is INSUFFERABLE. She out here acting like Xavier was a bad guy for not being there, despite the fact he rushed back as soon as he senses something was wrong. Then she played with gambits heart and left him for a genocidal halocaust surviver for lust, not love, THEN HAD THE PURE IGNORANT GALL to cry when gambit gave his life and acted like he was the best man she had; if that was the case, why’d you play his feelings and leave boo?

Considering this episode is based off of Fatal Attractions, Rogue & Sunspot didn't betray the team, in the comics Colossus pretended that he joined Magneto in an empt to slow down Magneto's plan, this is what Rogue & Sunspot are doing that their pretended the left the team so they can slow down Magneto's vengeance.
