I think Taylor was already scheduled to be on SNL, it’s not related to Ed. She has her album getting released on that day.

I'm gonna be happy no matter what she's performing. But she has now 4 album to promote (Folklore, Evermore, Fearless TV, Red TV) And Evermore had the least promo from all of these. I would be the happiest to see her perform:
1st performance: mash-up of one song from Folklore and one from Evermore (Cowboy Like Me and Invisible String or Cardigan and Willow for example)
2nd performance: mash-up of one song from Fearless TV and one from Red TV (both from the vault) (That's When and Run maybe, or 10 minutes version of All Too Well)
