How To Activate Tap On TD Debit Card (How Do I Activate My TD Bank Contactless Debit Card?). In this video tutorial I will show how to activate Tap on TD Debit Card.
Follow these steps to help you activate Tap on TD debit card.
1. Please ensure that your card has a contactless symbol which will be used during checkout payment.
2. Initiate your payment procedure and you will be prompted to ‘Tap’ your TD debit card to initiate a contactless payment.
3. You can Tap more than three times but it should not be of concern because the payment will only be deducted once.
4. After you Tap, a green light will appear as a sign that your payment is received by the teller and it will be activated.
By using an ATM
Another way to activate Tap on your TD debit card is by ensuring that your card is activated. You can check into your nearest ATM and insert the card to start a withdrawal procedure.
