I have seen all three Punisher movies and I respect this version because I saw it when I was a kid, but I still like the 2004 version, it is the best, although I have read about the three movies on Wikipedia and the reviews are not good, so I don't know which Punisher movie has to be perfect to have good reviews.

As a collector of Punisher Comics at the time this movie came out my thoughts were that this for a B- movie action flick wasn’t bad but I was disappointed how one dimensional Dolph’s version of Frank was and how it barely connected with the rich source material… I mean how hard was it to spray paint the Punisher’s infamous skull onto a bullet proof vest, let alone include his war journal, Microchip or his battle van . I could go on but the gun play and martial arts scence plus an excellent villain in lady Tanaka make up for it 💀🇬🇧
