For all unaware:
The mod he uses is called "Legacy of the Dragonborn" wich ads a museum to the game to display every unique item im the game. It's compatible with a bunch of other mods too, creation club compatible and so on. It ads a ton of displays, also the armory to display every kind of base weapon and armor as complete sets. You get also unique quests, its fully voiced, ads its own unique collectibles and gives you the opportunity to create replicates of all those relics, in case you want to use the real ones for yourself. It's a must have for every collector of unique stuff, and also you get paid for it

There's a quest for Neloth that will allow you to get yourself some Telvanni robes incase you need them for your museum, you know, the one where you have to kill his old assistant and take her heart stone

This building is a part of the Legacy of the Dragonborn mod, the mod adds a bunch of quests that have you hunt down and collect artifacts for display or crafting ingredients to create display of dragons like in the video or other creatures of skyrim
