FM Sitharaman On Unified Pension Scheme: 'UPS Is Not A Rollback' PFRDA To Handle Funds Under UPS

Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman has stated that the Unified Pension Scheme (UPS) is not a rollback, but rather a new package. She further explained that the progress of the scheme will be discussed by the GST Council, but no decision will be made in the upcoming meeting. The Finance Minister also mentioned that the GST Council will address rate and slab rationalisation.

Rich corporates are delighted. Middle-class, senior citizens, and pensioners are paying 64% overall tax. One nation one pension demand for govt. Employee. Manya log Mla, mp, ministers, cm pm under the OPS scheme benefit After 2004. Then why govt force to employee compel to Nps or Ups. Rule for people not people for rule. So right to equal pension for all govt.employees only OPS.
