Rev. Anthony Cekada talks in this semon (preached on Second Sunday after Easter — 30. April, 2017 — the Feast of St. Catherine of Siena) about soul-perverting poisons of today's mass culture that are being spread around not only by various media, but also and especially by colleges and universities. And he offers both an antidote and a solution — The Solution — to counteract and neutralize the effects of the ever-present poisons...

I could listen to him all day long.
I had wolves, cowards, heretics all my life. 55years
Hearing sedevacantist Priests was most staggering after that... Kinda like seeing ocean for first time.
I listened with my jaw dropping.. And it continues.
I miss you Father Cekada and Bishop Dolan... Thank you so much for not abandoning Christ.. Sheep that remained after Vatican Robber Council

4 years ago! Could have been said today. That's the thing with Cekada & Sanborn - things they warned us of 30 years ago have all come to pass. Cekada is now a Saint in Heaven.

I enjoy all the traditional catholic camps, FSSP, SSPX, SSPV, etc. There teachings are solid even though the application on what to do differs sincerely. My personal opinion is the sedavac camp is the most logical. However I've been wrong so many times, as an atheist, and a modernist for years. I'm a byzantine catholic and was led supernaturally to an SSPX church (smelt incense of church 3 times during a low mass a mile a way, was witnessed by two other people in my vehicle) I also spent some time in the orthodox, a slavic rite, so I could understand my own rite. It wasnt tell I went to the old rites and re read the Bible and I now have a start in understanding the true faith. Thank You for your post. I know know the nobis order and the modernism of some byzantine rites have departed from the true catholic faith

Why is it the average Catholic knows nothing about the amount of gays in the Roman Curia? Why is it no one talks about  the amount of gays in our seminaries and in the  priesthood ?  The average Catholic is so ignorant of how bad things are in our Church. Thank you Father Cekada for your loyalty.

"I conquered Heaven for you through My heroism. You must imitate Me. Heroism is not laid aside exclusively for those who are to suffer martyrdom. Christian life is perpetual heroism because it is a perpetual struggle against the world, the demon and the flesh. I do not compel you to follow Me. I leave you free. But I do not want you to be hypocrites. Either with Me and like Me, or against Me. You cannot deceive Me. No, I cannot be deceived, and I do not form alliances with the Enemy. If you prefer him to Me, you cannot think that you can have Me as your Friend at the same time. Either him or Me., Make your choice."

Ah, come on. Not ALL the Shepherds are wolves. My retired priest celebrated Mass reverently. NEVER would He permit ANY liturgical abuse. And he absolutely LOVES the Host.

I think the dismissal of isolating because it gave Father a bad feeling is not a sound argument. The Council of Basel says the faithful should live separate. This is our faith! I would like to live in a Catholic community where there are good Catholic schools and the people have good Catholic values. Sadly, we cannot ask the late Father Cekada, who is very wise (and I am very foolish) for sound reasons about why we cannot separate ourselves into communities away from the modern world aka New Sodom.
I also don't think that the Catholic church could have stopped abortion and divorce in the USA. The Anglican Church was founded on divorce so King Henry VIII could divorce one wife and marry another. Martin Luther supported a bigamous marriage. The sacrament of marriage was destroyed by the non-Catholics. The only way that would work in the United States is if all Catholics gathered in the same state and voted in true Catholic representatives.

I love this Priets but I don't agree with him on this especially when he spoke ill of the St. Mary Kansas situation. Why does he think a Catholic Community is weird or wrong? Are there never supposed to be a community of Catholics? Shoot we had countries of Catholics in Europe for centuries, if that isn't a Community, what is? So I think he's wrong and has come to this conclusion because of his experience with these situations rather than common sense. St. Mary Kansas obviously now has produced a grandiose, huge Church for the worship of God, that will obviously last for centuries.

He keeps using the word "Cult" as though that's a bad word. All religions are cults. To get a Canonization, there must be a cult around the individual candidate for Sainthood. Traditional Catholics now use the word "Cult" as an insult to other Traditional Catholic factions they don't like. This is not Charitable. Where he says Cult, I say Community. If the individuals in St. Mary Kansas are bad, then that's on the individuals not on the idea of brothers and sisters in faith living together.

The solution he gave is very vague and at best the reason I find many Traditional Catholic sermons boring...they are abstract. Hardly ever practical. According to him, it is to follow what the Church teaches. Well, who doesn't? He must state it clearly step by step. I really don't know why he feels the Church will be against what the SSPX has at St. Mary Kansas.

I am a Sedevacantist, but I think this is spurious. The funny thing is, I had this particular argument with a Seminarian a day ago, and boom, I can see where he got his argument which was no argument at all, since it was vague and abstract.

We are supposed to just live our faith but we are wrong if 7 families for example decide to invite a Priest in their community, build their own Churches and houses, and stay close for decades thereby forming a Catholic Community? Come on! What the SSPX has at St. Mary Kansas should be replicated, because in the next hundred years, it probably wouldn't be St. Mary Kansas anymore but the whole state. They will grow.

Though he said some good things close to the end, Catholics had institutions before Vatican II. But if those institutions were sufficient, I am sure there would have been more resistance than there was after Vatican II, obviously it wasn't. We need Catholic communities, certainly not like the Amish or Mennonites but like the SSPX at St. Mary's, who are allowed to go and come as they please.

Thank you.
