Excellent, thank you. An international footballer collapsed on the pitch in 2020. His team mates were terrified that he had died. It was heart failure. He recovered and is back playing again. Your video helps explain some of the background to this.

So well explained. I am 48, non smoker non drinker and diagnosed with heart failure (both Left and right ventricle affected). Seems it has gone on 2 years and treated for worsening asthma until i was rushed to hospital a month ago.

I just discovered you two weeks ago. In September 2021 I was diagnosed with heart failure, my nephew saved my life when he found my EF of 20-25% and immediately took me to ER. I got the heart failure as a reaction to covit vaccine. Now my EF is better, I am on medication (4 kind of drugs). I have a healthy lifestyle, for years I am on intermittent fasting, now mostly OMAD. Some blame the fasting.... I would greatly appreciate if you go deeper in treatments, drugs, supplements, etc...
